Abstract

Informatics Core: Summary/Abstract The ADNI study has had a major impact on validating biomarkers for Alzheimer’s disease clinical trials. This impact stems, in part, from the Informatics Core data infrastructure which supports the operational and research aims of the other ADNI cores and the wider research community. The ADNI 4 Informatics Core will continue to provide a central infrastructure supporting the broad data integration and data sharing needs. Key aims are to: 1) Archive, curate, secure and disseminate data; 2) Enhance data deidentification methods; 3) Harmonize data; 4) Enhance biospecimen data findability, accessibility, and reusability; 5) Enhance data exploration and download; and 6) Develop investigator- centric dashboards and collaborative tools.
