Administrative Core

The goal of the Fort Belknap Indian Community (FBIC)-Johns Hopkins University (JHU) NARCH 2024 Administrative Core is to coordinate functions across the 3 NARCH projects proposed in this application, including: 1) Career Enhancement Project 1 (CEP1): Program evaluation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, and 3) Research Infrastructure Enhancement Project (RIEP): Towards Becoming Data Sovereign. Core administrative functions will include the following: Management and facilitation of two Advisory Boards; coordination of communication across projects and partners; oversight of federal reporting and fiscal management responsibilities; oversight of data safety monitoring; oversight of confidentiality protections; oversight of evaluation and long-term strategic planning; development of resources to expand and sustain the training, mentoring and research initiatives; dissemination of information regarding training opportunities and research progress; and mentor cross cultural awareness training.
