Abstract

Family and unpaid caregivers are at the forefront of managing Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) but are not routinely identified or supported in care delivery. The spread of health information technology and the patient portal afford new opportunities to better support ADRD caregivers. This application builds a program of health services research at Johns Hopkins University to address Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Implementation Milestone 13./ to support research on technology-based dementia assessment, care, and management.
