Abstract
Summary The Visual Function and Non-invasive Ocular Imaging Core will provide expert technical support and equipment for the analysis of visual function and ocular structure in vivo. The Core will provide equipment for the analysis of the visual function in living mice and the ocular tissues in the posterior and anterior sections of the eye, train laboratory personnel in experimental protocols, provide technical assistance and specialized analysis of ocular tissue in vivo using 2-photon microscopy, and maintain existing instrumentation.
