Career Enhancement Core

PROJECT SUMMARY – CAREER ENHANCEMENT CORE The aim of the career enhancement core is to recruit, train, and retain the next generation of clinicians and researchers focused on thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA). Through a comprehensive longitudinal pathway that begins with medical students and ends with early career faculty, we will recruit the next generation of physician researchers focused on improving diagnosis, management and treatment of TMAs. By providing mentorship, professional development and networking opportunities, we will retain them in the field.
