CORE C ABSTRACT Administrative Core Core Leader: Charles Sawyers (MSK) The P01 Administrative Core will provide the organizational support and leadership necessary to support the successful accomplishment of P01 Program aims. Core Services: · Scientific Oversight: monitor and support progress of individual projects and convene the scientific advisory board at regular intervals · Financial Management: serve as the centralized P01 budgetary coordinator and financial manager · Grants Administration: serve as administrative liaison to the National Cancer Institute, ensuring the timely submission of all required reports and compliance with institutional and federal regulations · Data Management: assist relevant Projects and Cores in management, distribution, and analysis of harmonized data and monitor the Data Management and Sharing plan · Communication: foster cross-team and core communications · Meetings Coordination: organize all project-related meetings The Administrative Core fulfills the following Specific Aims: Aim 1: Use the existing AACR Project GENIE (GENIE) infrastructure to serve as central hub for data collection, harmonization, storage, distribution, visualization, and analysis among Project and Core Teams. Aim 2: Develop, deploy, and monitor project communications plan to ensure effective communication between project teams and cores, the EAB and IAB, the NCI and the broader scientific community and general public. Aim 3: Provide centralized administrative and financial management support to monitor scientific progress, data integrity, and budget allocation and expenditures.
