Abstract

The overarching objective of the Genomics Characterization Unit (GCU) is to address existing gaps in genomic characterization across different colorectal cancer patient populations through comprehensive genomic sequencing and bioinformatic integration with the Patient Engagement and Optimization Units. We aim to investigate variability in genomic and molecular characteristics of CRC tumors across different patient populations, identifying factors relevant to individualized patient treatment and optimized engagement strategies.
