Abstract
ADMINISTRATIVE CORE Project Summary/Abstract The Administrative Core of the H-H U54 provides centralized support and coordination for all program components. This Core ensures that each project and core receive the operational infrastructure, leadership oversight, and strategic guidance needed to meet its goals efficiently and collaboratively. The Core will facilitate interactions across the program’s leadership and governance bodies, including the Partnership Leadership Committee (PLC), composed of Principal Investigators and core/project directors; the Internal Advisory Committee (IAC); and the external Program Steering Committee (PSC). These bodies will support shared decision-making, program monitoring, and integration across all activities, ensuring regular input from key stakeholders and consistent communication. The specific aims of the Administrative Core are to: 1) Provide overall leadership, coordination, and vision for H-H U54; 2) Ensure effective program management, oversight, communication, and continuous quality improvement; 3) Maintain a culture of organizational safety, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity across all H-H U54 activities.
