Abstract

ABSTRACT Core A: Core A will serve as the administrative hub for the Program and will provide overall oversight with respect to organizational, fiscal and regulatory functions. Core A will provide services to the Projects and other Cores to ensure smooth functioning of the PPG. Core A will: 1) coordinate administrative and fiscal management of the PPG. 2) Provide research coordination through internal and external review of the Projects and Cores through a monthly meeting to review Projects and Cores as well as a yearly External Consultants meeting. 3) Facilitate review of the clinical trials, aid in the execution of the clinical trials, ensure date integrity and coordination with other applicable entities throughout the University and Hospital including close communication with the Clinical Trials Office of the Stanford Cancer Institute. 4) Help coordinate follow up of patients treated on studies in this PPG and 5) Core A will ensure that all Projects and clinical trials promote best outcomes for all Americans and all individuals are offered participation.
