Abstract

PROJECT SUMMARY The Single Cell Analysis and Bioinformatics Core will provide state-of-the-art experimental technology, computational biology, and biostatistical support tailored specifically to the program project. This includes scalable, pooled-sample methodology for single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) and multi-modal single-cell analysis technologies for multiplexed lineage tracing and surface protein profiling (CITE-seq). The Core will also provide comprehensive bioinformatics support including data processing and specialized tools for dimensionality reduction and automated annotation of single-cell data. Finally, we will assist Project investigators with experimental design and statistical modeling across a variety of modalities including single-cell genomics, mass spectrometry, and indirect calorimetry.
