Administrative Core

PROJECT SUMMARY The overarching goal of the Administrative Core is to oversee and coordinate all scientific, regulatory, administrative and fiscal responsibilities of the Program Project grant. To achieve this, the Administrative Core has outlined the following specific aims: 1) Provide strategic leadership and direction by ensuring integration of all Projects and Cores by managing all oversight strategies; 2) Ensure efficient management of resources by realigning resources based upon recommendations from the External and Internal Advisory Boards, in collaboration with the Executive Committee (Program Leaders and Project/Core Leaders) 3) Facilitate effective communication and collaboration by coordinating and overseeing all scientific, regulatory, administrative, and fiscal interactions between institutions, and organizing monthly meetings and annual retreats; 4) Monitor and evaluate program progress and impact by setting milestones for Projects, ensuring accountability for high- throughput data, and facilitating data sharing.
