Abstract

This award seeks to partially support the registration of 18 undergraduate students, graduate students, post-docs, and under-represented, female, junior and retired faculty to attend and present at the symposium on Novel Approaches to Manipulate and Detect 2D Magnetism in van der Waals Quantum and Topological Materials at the Spring Materials Research Society (MRS) national meeting in San Francisco, California from April 10th to 14th (in-person) and April 25th to 27th, 2023 (virtual). This award reflects NSF's statutory mission and has been deemed worthy of support through evaluation using the Foundation's intellectual merit and broader impacts review criteria.
