Y--MOAT BOARDWALK REPLACEMENT AT FOFR

The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to update the Statement of Work (SOW) for Solicitation 140P5426R0020. The original SOW dated July 31, 2026, has been replaced with a revised version to correct, clarify, and/or update project requirements associated with the Fort Frederica Moat Boardwalk Replacement. The updated SOW is included as a new attachment to this solicitation and supersedes all previous versions. Offerors are responsible for reviewing the revised SOW in full and ensuring all proposal materials reflect the updated requirements. No other changes are made by this amendment. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
