SOLICITATION: 191NE26R0085 - INL GUATEMALA AUTOMATED BIOMETRIC IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM UPDATED SOLICITATION (Orignally published 5/14/2024 and amended 5/28/2025) PLEASE SEE UPDATED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) AND THE UPDATED EVALUATION FACTORS IN SECTION 5 OF THE SOW .
