HVAC SYSTEMS REPLACEMENT FOR 2 BUILDINGS AT TABLE MOUNTAIN GEOPHYSICAL OBSERVATORY (TMGO) IN LONGMONT, CO EQUIPMENT LEAD TIME AND INSTALLATION COMPLETION DATE IS 09/30/2026. SITE VISIT LOCATION: NOAA TMGO, 8600 N 39TH STREET, LONGMONT, CO 80503--BLDGS F5 AND F6 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $19.0M. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: HVAC systems replacement for two buildings Description of requirements is as follows: Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for full technical specifications/requirements. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award.
