Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts, transportation, supervision, and specialized equipment necessary to perform all inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs, and emergency services outlined in this PWS. The Contractor shall test all Fire Alarm System devices at the Montgomery campus in accordance with NFPA 25 (Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems), NFPA 72 (National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code), and VA requirements.
