NOTICE OF BPA CALL. NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This will be competitive under the established "R10 Road Construction BPA". Additional contractors will not be considered for this BPA. Description: This project includes subgrade construction, unsuitable material excavation and endhaul, aggregate placement for subgrade reinforcement, aggregate surfacing, clearing and grubbing, disposal site contouring, switchback realignment, waterbar construction and reconstruction, and all other work required to get these roads to a condition to place aggregate surface materials. Option item is road surfacing.
