This is Amendment A0002 to IFB Solicitation 36C24226B0044, Expand Parking Lot at the James J. Peters DVA Medical Center, Bronx, NY. This amendment provides the following for bidding contractors: RFI s and responses to all RFI s received on time for this solicitation. (See continuation sheet of SF30) Revised Bid Sheet (attached) with instructions for bidding contractors for the following line items: Line item 1: Base Bid, Line item 2: Conduit Excavation, Line item 3: Add allowance of $100,000.00 for additional tree excavation and rock removal = TOTAL BASE BID. Low Bid Award will be based on total base bid. Provide notification of bid opening extension. Bid opening will now be held on Monday, 8/24/2026 @ 2PM EST. No emailed bids will be accepted.
