Amendment No. 001: The manufacturer of the requested Brand-Name Only dental items is: W&H Dental Restorative and Surgical Products. In order to submit a quote, you must be an authorized dealer or representative of W&H Dental Restorative and Surgical Products. In error, our office cited a large business authorized dealer, Patterson Dental, as if they were the manufacturers of the required dental equipment. Please convert the Patterson Dental catalog item numbers to match-up with the original manufacturers catalog item numbers when preparing your small business quote against this requirement.
