SOLICTATION IS HEREBY AMENDED to extend RFI due date to August 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST and to extend the proposal due date to August 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST. THIS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT WILL BE A COMPETITIVE, FIRM-FIXED-PRICE, DESIGN-BID-BUILD CONTRACT PROCURED VIA A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IN ACCORDANCE WITH RFO 15 AND THE TRADEOFF SOURCE SELECTION PROCESS.THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE RFP UNDER NAICS CODE 237990. THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD FOR THIS NAICS CODE IS $45,000,000.00.
