SITE VISIT: 17 August 2026, 1:00 PM CST at bldg 1000, Offutt AFB, NE. Interested offerors that currently don't have base access must submit the completed Attachment 02 - 55 SFS Contractor/Vendor NCIC Screening Pass Request spreadsheet to Laura Stemick at laura.stemick@us.af.mil by 10 August 2026 10:00 AM CST. 2. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer no later than 24 August 2026, 10:00 AM CST. An amendment addressing these questions will be issued subsequently. Bid opening (announcement of bids) will be conducted via teleconference the business day following the bid submission deadline.
