This Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified and capable industry partners to participate in a competitive, long-term engine production and sustainment strategy for USAF and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) fighter aircraft. This market research initiative seeks industry feedback on innovative propulsion solutions, production scalability (targeting a peak demand of over 180 engines per year by FY2034), and strategies to strengthen defense supply chain resiliency. All interested vendors must download and review the attached PDF document to access the full details of this notice. The attachment contains the comprehensive strategic pillars, detailed technical inquiries (e.g. production capacity, qualification timelines, obsolescence mitigation, and digital engineering), and the formal submission guidelines.
