VENDOR OPPORTUNITY - DLA HQ FALL FESTIVAL

Dear Prospective Vendor, The Defense Logistics Agency Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation invites you to participate in the 2026 McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC) Fall Festival, taking place on October 28, 2026, at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. This annual event is a prime opportunity for your organization to showcase its products and services directly to a captive audience of over 7,000 Department of War personnel, Warfighters, and their families. The HQC footprint is home to four major defense agencies, including the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), and Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). The festival will feature a themed 5K Fun Run and an outdoor Farmers Market, creating a highly engaging environment for the defense community. Participation Opportunities Include: Vendor Tabling: $250 per table (includes one 6-foot table and two chairs) Sponsorships: Custom, high-visibility packages to align your brand with the DoD workforce How to Participate: Please review the attached Request for Information (RFI) for complete event details, security and base access requirements, and submission instructions.
