459 MXS Rotary Air Compressor Replacement

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the responsibilities of contractor chosen for the supply and installation of two each, air compressors, air dryer and oil water separator. It�s also for the removal and haul away of 2 each air compressor at 3640 Patrick Avenue, Joint Base Andrews. This project includes the replacement of the existing Ingersoll Rand 30 hp rotary screw compressors (2 each), refrigerated air dryer, and oil-water separator with two each of the same spec air compressor, air dryer and oil-water separator. This will include all the piping needed to connect the two air compressors, air dryer and oil-water separator to the existing piping to disperse the air through the building (Please see attached Statement of Work).
