A separate solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov with the Notice ID M2900026Q5004. The opportunity is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 562991 Septic Tank and Related Services. The purpose of this notice is to improve small business access to acquisition information and enhance competition by spreading information on contracting and subcontracting opportunities.
