Intent to Sole Source, Elevator Preventative Maintenance Services Mountain Home Project Office

The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the preventive maintenance services.This requirement is for a comprehensive preventive maintenance service plan for all elevators in the Norfork dam and Bull Shoals Dam respectively. The objective is to ensure the elevators operate safely, reliably, and efficiently through a scheduled program of inspection, lubrication, adjustment, and cleaning. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
