Description
This project would fund researchers to address key impediments or challenges that Tribal communities face related to their capacity to identify emerging drug threats and conduct a pilot project to help these communities improve their capacity to detect and respond to emerging drug threats.
Eligibility
Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments); Public and State controlled institutions of higher education; Private institutions of higher education; Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized); Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification)
