**Amendment 1** The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of Quantum Demonstration/Experiment System to include Time Correlation / Time Tagging (TCSPC) System and Fast Single Photon Detector IAW Salient Characteristics (Attachment 1) for the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) Physics Department and the Laser and Optics Research Center (LORC).
