Missouri National Guard Wall Lockers

Description The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming requirement for Wall Lockers. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government�s intent to solicit quotations directly from at least three Wall Locker manufacturers or suppliers. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov. In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), for acquisitions at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Contracting Officer is electing to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. By posting this pre-solicitation notice, the Government is fulfilling the requirement to post a presolicitation notice in the GPE according to subpart 5.1. Award Timeline The targeted date for contract award is September 18, 2026. For this notice, a responsible source will be a company who's primary business is the sale or manufacture of metal wall lockers, has a satisfactory past performance, and is a small business. No formal solicitation document will be posted to SAM.gov for this requirement.
