Description
The Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Parker Indian Health Center (PIHC) is soliciting offers from qualified contractors to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, testing, commissioning, inspection support, and related services necessary to repair the existing Cleaver-Brooks CB700-40 boiler at the Parker Indian Health Center (PIHC), located in Parker, Arizona. The requirement is intended to restore the boiler to safe, reliable, and code-compliant operating condition while minimizing disruption to healthcare operations. *SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR MORE INFORMATION *SITE VISIT: August 19, 2026, at 1pm (Arizona Time)
