08 July 2026 SOW ALDER BULKHEAD SEALS PAGE 1/2 Replacement Bulkhead Seals USCGC ALDER (WLB-216) AFT Low Speed Shaft Seal Repair 1. Background, Problem Statement: CGC ALDER found the propulsion bulkhead seal at frame 82 had failed. Upon further inspection found the other bulkhead seals are showing signs of deterioration and all require replacement. 2. Deliverables and Performance Requirements Vendor shall provide: � QTY: 04 Defense Maritime Solutions, Inc. 0EYA6, Diaphragm Assemblies, Part Number: H72609-01-3 NSN: 2010-01-537-2301 � Delivery to: CGC ALDER POC: CWO2 Chris Laterza 1 Yerba Buena Rd. San Francisco, CA 94130 1. Delivery: The Vendor shall deliver required diaphragm assemblies to: CGC ALDER POC: CWO2 Chris Laterza 1 Yerba Buena Rd. San Francisco, CA 94130 2.
