Please see below for MANDATORY SITE VISIT information on WED 19AUG. Additionally the RFQ due date has been extended to THURS 27AUG. Amendment 2: The revised RFQ and SOW have been attached along with responses to questions and a pricing template. SITE VISIT: Participation in the site visit is mandatory for all Offerors. The site visit is scheduled for Wed 19AUG from 8:00AM � 2:00 PM MST at the NTIA Table Mountain Field Site: 8600 N 39th Street Longmont, CO 80503. Attendance is required to ensure a clear understanding of the project requirements and site conditions before submitting a quotation. Failure to attend will result in disqualification from the bidding process. Please send an email confirming attendance and the POC information to BGabriel@doc.gov, JBrown4@doc.gov, and RFreeman@ntia.gov. ITS, as custodians of the Table Mountain Field Site and Radio Quiet Zone, requires quarterly HVAC Service to Table Mountain as part of the regular Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities.
