The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that revised proposals invited under Amendment 0004 are limited to offerors in the established competitive range in accordance with RFO FAR 15.204-1(a). The competitive range for this solicitation consists of three offerors who submitted compliant proposals by the original deadline of June 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM CDT. Only these three offerors are eligible to submit revised proposals by August 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM CDT. New proposals or first-time submissions received after Amendment 0004 will not be accepted. The competitive range remains closed to new entrants.
