L3Harris AN/PRC-163 Multi-channel Handheld Radios

AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a questions or RFI period. Travis Air Force Base requires eight (8) L3Harris AN/PRC-163 Multi-channel Handheld Radios and supporting equipment. See attached Product Specifications document for a comprehensive detail of the requirement. In addition, the attached FA442726Q1119 Soliciation Notice document is prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 5 and 12 and constitutes as the only solicitation, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Instruction to offerors are also provided within this document. Questions: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted to both the Point of Contacts no later than 21 Aug 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. Any inquiry submitted past this deadline will not be accepted.
