CONTRACT TYPE / EVALUATION CRITERIA (as stated in Solicitation SF1449 pages 28-29): The Government intends to award a single, commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract resulting from this Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation, is the most advantageous, and represents the BEST VALUE to the Government, price and other factors considered, IAW RFO FAR 12.203. The Government will evaluate quotes using the Comparative Evaluation process outlined in RFO FAR 12.203(c)(2). The following factors will be used to evaluate quotes: 1. Technical Capability (Non-Binary Comparative Factor): Quotes will be evaluated on the quality of the proposed technical approach, the feasibility of the work plan, and the qualifications of proposed personnel to meet the requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government will look for technical superiority or added value features that exceed the minimum SOW requirements. 2. Price: Evaluated for completeness and fair and reasonable pricing.
