Description

The purpose of this amendment is as follows: A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required.� Bidders shall perform a pre-bid walkthrough at 8:30 a.m. on August 26, 2026 at VA Medical Center West Haven located at 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516.� Meet at Building 15 and obtain a temporary day badge and complete a sign-in sheet.
