Description
Quarterly and Annual Ventilation Surveys at the Erie VA Medical Center located in Erie, PA 16504. Please refer to the attached Request For Quote (RFQ) for full details. Carefully review Section E.2 of the RFQ, FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation, for quote submission requirements. Quoters must complete VAAR Provision 852.219-75 (Attachment 02) in its entirety and return it with submission. Questions due by 4:00 PM EST on 08/26/2026. Quotes due by 4:00 PM EST on 09/04/2026.
