Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to replace the broken conveyor cord, guide wheels, idler pulley, and drive pulley on the existing Aerowerks SBC-N/PRC tray conveyor dishwasher located at Chase Galley, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, Connecticut. Work includes inspecting the conveyor assembly to determine the cause of failure, removing and disposing of damaged components, furnishing and installing manufacturer-recommended replacement parts compatible with the existing equipment, properly adjusting and tensioning the conveyor system, verifying alignment and operation, testing the unit through multiple operating cycles, and returning the dishwasher to full operational status. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, applicable industry standards, and safety requirements, and shall be coordinated with the Government Technical Advisor during normal working hours.
