This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA3099-26-Q-1021 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the carpet and vinyl flooring replacement at Building 380, Laughlin AFB. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW RFO 19.104. The NAICS code is 238330 and the small business size standard is $19.0 million.
