(i) Description Section Statements: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA468626QS022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the surface replacement of the Beale AFB running fitness track. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (ii) A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure: CLIN 0001: Track Surface Replacement (IAW the attached PWS) (iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, management, and supervision necessary to perform a complete rubberized surface removal and resurfacing of the installation�s oval running track. This is a non-personal services contract. The scope includes the full removal and disposal of the old track surface, protection of adjacent facilities, installation of a new 13mm full-pour polyurethane synthetic track surface, application of a paved transition strip, and the precise striping of lanes and markings for all components of the Air Force Physical Fitness Readiness Assessment.
