Description

The purpose of this Program Announcement with Special Receipt, Referral, and/or Review Considerations (PAR) is to solicit applications to access limited identifiable data or biospecimens from the ECHO Cohort to study high-priority areas of maternal and child health.

Eligibility

County governments; City or township governments; Independent school districts; Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Small businesses; Private institutions of higher education; State governments; Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification); Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments); Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Special district governments; For profit organizations other than small businesses; Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities; Public and State controlled institutions of higher education; Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
