High-Back Executive Chairs Replacement

The 6th Contracting Squadron at MacDill AFB, FL, has a Brand Name Only requirement for the procurement, inside delivery, and installation of forty-five (45) High-Back Executive Chairs for the Davis Conference Center (DCC). Key Requirements: Hardware: 22 Global Auburn chairs and 23 SitOnIt Prava chairs (Brand Name Only). Services: Unboxing, assembly, and inside placement. Logistics Alert: There is NO loading dock at the Davis Conference Center (DCC). The contractor must account for manual offload, inside delivery, and base access coordination. Please review the attached Solicitation (FA481426Q0039), Statement of Need (SON), and Brand Name Justification for exact specifications, terms, and quoting instructions. AMENDMENT 1: The disposal of existing furniture is no longer required and has been removed from the Statement of Need (SON). Additionally, CLIN 0001 has been updated to reflect "Onyx" vinyl and 6-way adjustable arms. Please review attached SON dated 21 August 2026.
