Description

This funding opportunity announcement (FOA) encourages applications for institutional research career development (K12) programs that propose to support intensive supervised research training and career development experiences for clinician scientists (Scholars) leading to research independence in the area of substance use and substance use disorder research.

County governments; City or township governments; Public and State controlled institutions of higher education; State governments; Independent school districts; Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments); Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities; Private institutions of higher education; Small businesses; Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification); For profit organizations other than small businesses; Special district governments; Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
