Description

Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), the National Cancer Institute (NCI) intends to stimulate translation of scientific discoveries and engineering developments in imaging, data science and/or spectroscopic technologies into methods or tools that address contemporary problems in understanding the fundamental biology, potential risk of development, diagnosis, treatment, and/or disease status for cancer or other disease.

Eligibility

For profit organizations other than small businesses; Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments); Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized); Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities; City or township governments; County governments; Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Private institutions of higher education; Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification); Independent school districts; Public and State controlled institutions of higher education; Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Small businesses; State governments; Special district governments
