ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a utility tractor. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract under a total small business set-aside in accordance FAR 19.104-1. The Delivery required is FOB Destination.
