Description
STANLEY CREEK CULTURAL SURVEY PHASE TWO, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, ROYAL GORGE DISTRICT OFFICE, FREMONT COUNTY, COLORADO This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L3726Q0172 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is NOT set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation is full and open competition with no set aside. NAICS 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $19.0 million. Product Service Code R408 - Support- Professional: Program Management/Support. The Purchase Order will be issued as a firm, fixed-price agreement with two lump sum payments as stated in the Statement of Work. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Royal Gorge District Office, Fremont County, Colorado has a requirement to perform Class III Cultural Resource Survey with an estimated 2,300 acres with work to be performed from September 15, 2026 - September 15, 2027. The project is located approximately twelve miles southwest of Gardner, Colorado: T. 27S, R.71W secs. 18, 19, 30, T. 27S, R.72W secs. 13, 23, 24, 25, 26. and T. 28S, R.71W secs. 3, 4 The project is located approximately twelve miles southwest of Gardner, Colorado. The intent of this archeological inventory is to identify, record, and evaluate cultural resources for their potential eligibility to the National Register of Historic Places to aid the BLM in resource management, compile cultural and paleontological data for future research, and to satisfy the BLM's obligations to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
