Description
The Beckley VA Medical Center is undertaking an upgrade of its Siemens Building Automation System, Desigo CC. This enhancement will improve the facility s operational efficiency, environmental controls, and overall reliability, supporting our commitment to providing a safe and comfortable environment for Veterans, staff, and visitors. Labor to provide Siemens standard submittals / record documents System architecture (Siemens BACnet IP & MSTP) Network address schedule System flow diagrams Control installation / wiring diagrams Control & Component Panel layouts Valve schedule Page 8 of 14 Equipment / Instrumentation datasheets Point database Programming 2. Labor to provide Siemens standard startup & checkout Point database verification Graphics Verification 3. Labor to provide Siemens project management, to include the following: BMS project scope only and associated meetings and coordination as required by project schedule (not full-time project manager) Project meeting attendance Project documentation requirements Coordination with trades Subcontractor management Material ordering and delivery coordination Project turnover documentation support 4. Labor to provide 16 hours of Owner training 5. 1-year parts and labor warranty upon beneficial use of systems Server / Workstations / Network 1. Siemens to provide the following hardware: BMS Rack Server or Desktop Server (Specification TBD) 2. Siemens to provide the following software: 3. Desigo CC which includes: Remote Notification Assisted Treatment (Alarm Management) Advance Reporting 4. (3) User licenses 5. Point license to cover 3800 BMS points 6. Long Term Historian 7. Siemens to provide development of the following: Graphics Trends Alarms Reports Access Groups Remote Notifications
