Description

PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT The purpose of this amendment is to answer the questions of contractors that attended the site visit for the Cancer Center RTU-3 replacement, conducted at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Facility. This amendment uploads the following documents for Contractor usage. As part of the process, please keep in mind the following contractor s responsibilities: - Crane and safety lift plans are required. - Contractors must verify the location of the VFD. - Contractors will be responsible only for the crane lift of the new replacement unit, as the existing rental unit contractor handles the rental removal. - Contractors must ensure the connection from the chilled water and heating valve to the new unit. -Testing adjusting and balance (TAB) to ensure unit performance Attachments: York Unit Description- Drawings AHU Performance Report
