Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source delivery order] under the authority of RFO 6.103-1(b), due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The requirement is for the purchase of (Qty: 1) Vertical Machining Center. Please see the attachment for more information.
