L3Harris AN/PRC-163 Multi-channel Handheld Radios

AMENDMENT 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to all the questions received during the question period. See attached Questions & Answers document. Additionally, Attachment 1. Provision and Clauses is hereby corrected. See amended Provision & Clauses. All terms and condition of the solicitation remains unchanged. ---- break ---- AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a questions or RFI period. ---- break ---- Travis Air Force Base requires eight (8) L3Harris AN/PRC-163 Multi-channel Handheld Radios and supporting equipment. See attached Product Specifications document for a comprehensive detail of the requirement. In addition, the attached FA442726Q1119 Soliciation Notice document is prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 5 and 12 and constitutes as the only solicitation, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Instruction to offerors are also provided within this document. Questions: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted to both the Point of Contacts no later than 21 Aug 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. Any inquiry submitted past this deadline will not be accepted.
